ZONE SERIES

Photographs taken during a trip through the Ukrainian portion of the Exclusion Zone in August 2019. They include parts of Pripyat, DUGA-1 and Chernobyl itself. With their alluring starkness and decay, these images encapsulate the ruins of the disaster and its long lasting effects that can be seen and felt in many former soviet states today.
